I have heard the title track from the upcoming album and all I can say is: "AAAAWWWEEESSSOOOMMMEEEEE!!!!!!" I am totally BLOWN away!!!

I was treated to a private listening from a fellow recording engineer, who I work with occassionally when I'm recording sessions on the west coast. He received an advance CD single from Mercury, whom he's currently doing work for.

Anyway, I have been a KISS fan since '74, and I've been waiting for this day for a long time. This song displays every bit of the magic that only Paul, Gene, Pete & Ace can display. They could've easily went in the studio and ripped out 10 retro-sounding songs from the '70's, but they didn't. This is KISS now!! And anyone who actually wanted something retro is foolish. This is not 1976, it's 1998, practically the year 2000! If KISS would've done something along the lines of "Destroyer", then everyone would be saying that they haven't progressed, and you know it's true. This is where they are, who they are, and what they feel,--today. And, I salute them for this song and this sound. The magic is BACK!!! And for all who say that Peter didn't play on this album, pull your head out of the sand!! This IS Pete! I have first hand knowledge of the fact fact that he DID play on the ENTIRE record. This guy worked his freakin' ass off on this album, and those of you who only want to discredit him should be ashamed. But, I won't even elaborate, you can believe what you want. I know the truth and I'm proud of it. PYSCHO CIRCUS RULES!!!!!
