Psycho Circus Tour Reviews

From: Jeff Smeltzer

WOW !!!!! My ears are still ringing, when I close my eyes, bursts of light appear on my eyelids! From the opening of Psycho Circus to screaming Rock and Roll all Night at the end, KISS blasted me with fireworks, walls of flames, and body thumping rythms.

Hey I'm not a music critic, so they sounded GREAT to me! Paul did some talking to the crowd, song intro's etc. @ one point he says people questioned why we made this song " (I was made for Loving You) but listen to it live and you'll know why". He was right! It may have blown away great live versions of Shock me, Dr. Love and Detroit Rock City. Makin' Love was an excellent addition to the set.

I don't want to give any more away. One negative, - Ace don't look to good but his crooning on Into the Void and Shock Me kicked arse. Classis ACE. But I was in Gene territory. 5 rows front left :-o He looked great so who cares how Ace looked.

Oh yeah, the 3-D worked perfectly.
