Psycho Circus Tour Reviews

From: HAILSTATE@aol.com

Kiss never fails me, they kick butt at all time. My friends and I drove the "KISS VAN" to Columbus to the newly opened arena and watched Kiss tear it down. The crowd was pumped the entire night! Paul was incredible as usual. Gene was as good as I have ever seen him and Ace and Peter were as steady as ever. The 3-D was awesome, I found myself watching the whole show with my 3-D glasses on! The song list was the same as everyone had reported earlier. There was no "Makin Love," no "Take Me" and no "I was made for lovin you" which kind of disappointed me. All songs were very tight except "Within." This is a bad song on the record and a worse song in concert. There were very few technical problems in the show except for one. Ace's guitar is supposed to catch fire during the solo but it never happened. He also had trouble attaching it to the string which goes to the top of the arena. The pyro was the best I have ever seen. There was confetti over an inch thick on the floor after the show was over and when the lights came on to signal the show was over you could not see the stage from all the pyro smoke which filled the building. If you asked how the show could have been better. I would have to sit down for a while and think about it pretty hard. I would add the songs they took out back into the mix and get rid of "Within." The T- shirts are pretty cool but a hefty $30 bucks. They are very thin but I bought one. I am afraid to wash it! I head to Lexington, Ky on Wednesday, Dayton, Ohio on Friday and Indianapolis, Indiana on Sunday. I hope they mix some things up a little! Kiss kicks butt however you see them, I hope they head to Cincinnati, Ohio soon.
