Psycho Circus Tour Reviews

From: Joey

I just got home from the show at Rupp Arena, here in Lexington, KY. I wanted to write you my review before my ears quit ringing! Man what an unbelievable show! I have own every KISS album, including all the live stuff, and nothing compares to seeing them live. I was blown away! From Gene flying up to an above the crowd platform where he drooled his blood down on the crowd, to Paul's playing on a tiny platform right in the middle of the crowd, to Ace's amazing guitar solo where his smoking guitar flies off on its own, to Peter's bone shaking, platform rising drum solo, they had me hooked and begging for more! They played the usual set I have seen others here list, but the two hours went so fast, I didn't even realize I had been standing the whole time, singing every word. The 3D effects were ok, they were either awesome, or nothing at all. They guys would put their guitars in your face, and that was sweet, but other effects didn't seem to be as in your face as the guitars were. But all told, it was a night I won't ever forget, that includes the f**ker behind me who threw up, and the two gay guys who fell while dancing in front of me. But I have always been a magnet for freaks!

If you can go, GO! If you can't, find a way! You won't be disappointed! I own every KISS cd, but this was the topper. I am 26 years old and was never lucky enough to see KISS live. But now I can officially call myself a full-fledged member of the KISS army!!!!
