Psycho Circus Tour Reviews

From: Jim O'Neill

I write this review not as an Veteran KISS fan but as a recent convert who travelled from Waterford Ireland with 'real dedicated' worshippers (Knox, Fozy & Brennan). Having a limited exposure to the KISS music I thought I would enjoy the show . I was wrong,it was superb. End to end entertainment. The characters seemed larger then life and energised the music to make me feel regretful. Regretful that all those missing years from the KISS army.

To be honest the opening act was not my cup of tea but I take my hat off to Buckcherry for the effort they put in. Simmons was at his best, taunting his tongue and strutting his stuff with great verve. Stanley stole the Show when he fly through the crowd to a mid stage position. Why did I run out of film !. Paul had that cheeky posing image that set the crowd into a spin!

The stage set was brillant with plenty of fire and fireworks to match the upbeat of the night. No expense had been spared to delight the KISS army of followers of all ages. It was definately the best concert I have ever withnessed.

As a recent follower some the music was not familar but I really enjoyed: Psych Circus, Firehouse,Calling Dr. Love, King of the Night time World and my personal favourite I was made for Loving You. We rock we rolled but we really enjoyed a superb world class performance. Those in our group all agreed it was a night to be remembered.

KISS are truly the best and we'll be back!
