Psycho Circus Tour Reviews

From: Jack Bohl

1. The only disappointment at Bradley Center in Milwaukee Sunday night was the lack of fan support. About 12,000 showed up. Or 2 / 3 capacity.

2. It was Peters 100 th birthday. (Ok he's not that old). Road crew brought out a huge cake during the ancore. Ace also dedicated "Into the Void" to Peter for his birthday.

3. The pyrotechnics caused a small fire from a cable on the left side of the stage which was attached to the lighting high above the stage. It was almost right above my head. It burned for about 5 min. The whole area smelled like an electical fire. Cool.

4. During Ace's guitar solo, he shot fireworks from his guitar as usual. But this time he shot one up into the lighting that knocked something down to the stage. I dont know if it was part of the lighting or what. It was great to see Kiss wrecking the place.

5. All 4 members seemed to be in very good moods which made for a great concert. The tour may be taking a bit of a toll on their voices. Paul's was not as strong as usual. It was'nt terrible or anything, just something I noticed compared to the reunion tour.

6. Gene grabbed Ace's balls duing Cold Gin.

7. I had great seats. The fire bombs were VERY hot. Thee best stage show in the world. Lot's of action and loud. The best entertainment 50 bucks can buy.

8. They played "Within". I'm not sure what all the bitchin is about. The song sounded fine. Remember, NONE of their songs sound the same live. I hope they continue to play it. I have no qualms with their set list. Sure I'd like to hear "Room Service" or "Love Her All I Can" but then they would have to drop songs that other people expecially first timers would like to hear.

9. I have some good pictures of the show. I will scan them in. If anyone would like me to email them to you, let me know. Please tell me what file format you would like them in. Other wise they will be jpeg.

10. Summary: Go see this show! There will never be another Kiss and I believe this will be their last big tour together.
