Psycho Circus Tour Reviews

From: Dave Volpe

The first thing to say is,I left the concert feeling I got my monies worth. The thing I was skeptical on ,was if the 3D effects would be cheesy.I'm telling you they were kick ass and left me wanting more! When tey're doing R=r all night and seem to float over the crowd and come towards you ,it was totally COOL.I'm a drummer and Peter has polished his skills.He hit multiple cymbal crashes and played with intencity.He's not a flashy drummer,but he is dead on time.I still wish he'd buy a double bass pedal and expirement with it.Ace's solo was one of the highlights of the show.Both visual (3d) and audio.Killer!The effects on Gene's voice during God of Thunder gave it a strang,but eerie vibe.Paul did his usual schtick and is always the ultimate showman.The show wasn't as long as the reunion tour,and I wish they'd change the set list a little.Rocket Ride and a grunge version of Dirty livin'.We need more of Pete and Ace.We've seen the Gene and Paul show to death.Still it was classic KISS.

2 notes;

1. The sound totally shut down during R=R all night for a split second and when it kicked back on ,the boys didn't miss a beat.Professional!

2.We bought the 30 dollar shirt inside,WOW,we bought the 5 buck tied died KISS shirt outside.We all roared when I turned it inside out and saw the Van Halen shirt on the inside.
