KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Ben V.
This was my first KISS show and it was nothing more than AMAZING! It only ended about 2 hours ago, and my ears are still ringing! Anyway, the atmosphere was great. There was people of all ages (I mean about 4-60!), and plenty had there faces painted like KISS. Just lining up to get in you could tell it was gonna be a great audience, with sing alongs in the line-up. We eventually got in, spent up big at the Merchandise stand, and went and found our seats. The support band for the Australian tour was the Screaming Jets. It didn't feel like they played long enough, but they did as good as a band COULD do when supporting "The biggest rock band in the world". I'm not going to get too much into detail about KISS's stage show, because I don't want to spoil the excitment for anyone who hasn't seen it yet. I will say that it was THE GREATEST PERFORMANCE by a band I have ever seen (And I've seen enough bands to make that judgement.)! The setlist was great, although they didn't play "Beth" (for obvious reasons) or "Strutter". Anyway, at the end of the night I had a new poster, a signed Ace photo & guitar pick, some great photo's and the satisfaction that I had "got the best". I'm only upset that I WILL NEVER AGAIN witness such a spectacle that is KISS live. Thanks guys for a great night, and some eternal memories. Don't worry, I will NEVER forget you!
