KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Mike
What could I say? KISS is simply the best. The place was jam packed and the electricity, to quote Paul Stanley was "awesome." SKid Row was ok, Ted Nugent was decent, could care less. I was there to see my heroes of many years on one of their Farewell shows. Finally, after KISS' stage set was put into place, the lights dimmed. Then I heard my favorite saying" You wanted the Best? You Got the Best!!! The Hottest Band in The World!!! KISS!!! The place went wild. The band looked better than ever. Paul's voice was in excellent shape. He sang DRC similar to the way he sang it in Sydney, 1980. Ace looked better than ever. He looked like he lost some weight and was really into the show...I loved the webisode animations throughout the show. The highlights were "Do You Love Me" God of Thunder, Love Gun, and all the others. People, including the band got somewhat emotional during "I still Love You" and Black Diamond. Paul said" Don't ever forget us." We Won't. The weirdest thing for me was not hearing the Starchild say his favorite line" We'll see ya all soon" The band left on a final note and they were gone. I would like to thank the band for making my dreams come true, and having them to help me through the rough times...KISS will NEVER be Forgotten.
