KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Ken Ramsey.
By far the hardest show to watch with all the technical problems. Gene couldn't land after flying and had to be helped down. Paul couldn't fly as the leg harness failed 10 rown deep and he, too, had to be helped down (while Love Gun was stopped and restarted). Paul's ear monitor stopped working and worst of all, Ace was lost. I think he was drunk. Really drunk! He was slurring his words and staggering around stage just going through the motions. He looked as if he was going to pass out during 2000 Man and it was obvious he was in trouble when started to sing at a point where there should be no singing in the song. Towards the end of 2000 Man, it seemed as if he forgot his riff as Gene and paul carried the tune. Ace's makeup was running and he was pouring sweat all night. Hopefully, the boys will fix these new-tour bugs and swing back through So Cal before the tour ends. Too bad! Not a way I want to remember The Greatest Show on Earth.
