KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Jonathan
Ok l dont profess to be an expert on KISStory but l know a great rock show when l see one...and last nights kicked ass....first things first l scored some decent seat..thanks VH1...Im glad l got up at 5 in the morning to do it...l saw the opening night on VH1...wow..the blonde in front took my attention away from anything the guys were doing...sorry KISS...I was excited about seeing the mini KISS movie...it didnt happen for my show....back to the show ..after SKID ROW left the stage me and my ...not interested in one second of Teds screaming , ranting and raving...we split...when we returned to our seats there was cool guy and his lady to my right and 2 poor unfortunate souls on my left...they looked like they didnt have a clue as to why they were there...lighten up lady..lighten UP!!!

The show started with DRC..they tore it up!!! the little cartoon with the car crash....cool cool...the actually did a few of my faves...DEUCE..100,000 years..whch could have been longer..is it true Peter cant handle the drum solo anymore...nevertheless...when Genes couldnt get down from doing GOT he didnt let us kdown..he kept going anyway..very pro Gene very pro...Ace lipsycned his song 2,00 MAN...he forgot where he was in the song and Gene and Paul stared at him for a bit...the words were coming & his lips werent moving...umm..ok....then the tech problems got a hold of Paul too...he made us scream our heads off to join us in the audience but then he couldnt make it due to the wire snagging and shaking...that part pissed me off cause l was so close to that section and wanted to give him a thumbs up for rocking the house...NOT!!...Peter semed to be enjoying his friends mishaps and layed the drums excellently...if they are coming to you...go see them...have a beer and a laugh..and ROCK on with your old friends KISS..this was truly a heartfelt goodbye..for now...
