KISS Tour 2000 Reviews

From: Jim VanSchoick
Just thought I'd let everyone know about the Alaska show. First of all, you have to realize that no big act that has ever come to Alaska has brought a real good stage show but Kiss did. The pyro was just amazing. The sound was pretty good especially since the acoustics at Sullivan Arena are terrible. All in all, as usual Kiss kicked ass.

The song lineup was like this: Psycho Circus, Shout it out loud, Deuce, Heaven's on Fire, Shock me, Firehouse, Do you love me, Let me go Rock 'n' Roll, Cold gin, 100,000 years, Lick it up, God of Thunder, I love it loud,Into the Void, Black Diamond, Detroit Rock City, 2000 Man, Beth, Rock and Roll all Nite. I don't think I missed any songs. There were alot of other songs I would have loved to hear but hell, with the amount of awesome songs that Kiss has, we can't expect to hear them all.

The only other thing I wanted to see was a Peter Criss drum solo like the one in the song 100,000 years off of the Alive album. I would urge anyone that has never seen Kiss in concert (even if you're not a fan of Kiss) to go see them. They put on the most amazing show. They truly are the best entertainers. I have absolutely no complaints about the show and hope they don't wait another 25 years to return to Alaska.
