KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Dan Beckwith
This was my twelve time seeing the only band that matters. My wife and i got to the arena at about 630 and just seeing all the fans in makeup was a treat in itself. First stop was the tshirt stand to grab a tshirt and atourbook -yes prices were high but its the last show so what the hell.

We then stopped and ate so we missed skid row but got to our seats in plenty of time to catch nugent.Ted did not dissapoint. he put on an awesome show covering most of his well-known classics-free for all, dog eat dog, cat scrach etc.

Kiss came on at about 920- The intro is awesome. one of the best of any shows i have seen.Paul was in great form dancing and prancing on the stage as if it were 1976 again! Gene was in classic manacing form.Ace was on most of the night but he had some sort of trouble singing the start of shock me -paul had to assist a little but after that he was great- his solos were on. Peter looked to be having a great time and pounded the skins with enthusiasm.

They played the same set as in the previous shows but hearing paul do I stilllove you was a treat at the start of black diamond. this show is amust see It has everything you expect in aclassic kiss show-guys iwill miss you you were always the hottest band in the land thanks for the memories!!!!!
