KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Harris
This was the second time I've seen KISS on this current tour and if I get the opportunity I will see them again. I originally saw them in Pensacola, Florida so needless to say I was delighted to hear that they were coming back to the Gulf Coast via the Biloxi,MS Coast Collesium. You gotta give it to KISS. When they say they will play everywhere they literally mean everywhere. They played Pensacola, Florida, New Orleans, La. and finally Biloxi, MS. So KISS fans on the Gulf Coast were given 3 opportunities to see their favorite band on this tour. Just like all the other reviews posted, this one is very similar. The Skids were adequate(althouth there is no replacing Sebastian), Ted brought the XXX rated element to the show. If you plan on bringing your kids to the show (there were plenty there), you might want to visit the t-shirt stand or concession stand during his set. He does rock hard though. Ted is 52 years old too. I can't believe it. Anyway then the greatest band in the world takes the stage and gives the audience every cent of their hard earned monies worth. Because the band had played two other Gulf Coast cities, attendance was less than capacity but no matter. KISS gave it their all. From the opening chords of DRC to the last chord of RARAN KISS it is a full on rock and roll extravaganza! There were a few flubs but so what. Overall a KISS show with a few mistakes is better than an other band without any. Also, like I said earlier, there were little kids at the show and it was interesting to see the looks on their faces as they were watching the greatest band in the world treat many of them to the first concert of their lives. In conclusion, thanks to KISS for all of the great years and all of the many great memories. I am proud to say I am a KISS fan for life. Keep rockin'!
