KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Patrick R.Marrapese
Well, the first show i saw was in Cleveland. It was the first of their two nights there, and while the show was good, Ace was not so great that night, and the last half of the show lagged. No comment on Skid Row or Ted Nugent for the Buffalo show. In Cleveland Nugent was the best guitarist. In Buffalo Ace was on. He had a great night as did the band. It was pure enjoyment from beginning to end. While the song list could be better, sometimes I think people expect more from Kiss than they would from other bands. When it comes down to it, I love every song they play on this tour. Sure there are tons of other songs I'd like to hear, but bottom line is I like every song they play, and their show is like a theatrical presentation, unbelievable.

My fiance is quite the trooper, while never being much of a Kiss fan, she has now come to four shows with me, and after the Buffalo show she said she'd like to see them again. The crowd was enthusiastic all night long, the band played great, and we all had a great time. I have eleventh row seats in Syracuse and can't wait. Hopefully we can snag seats for one of the Garden shows. If you can catch Kiss on a night like this, you'll never see a better show. All others will pale in comparison.
