KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Chad Hill
Well.. you could not have ask for a better show Saturday night. The band really seemed to be enjoying themselves. At around 7:30 the lights went out and Skid Row took the stage for one last time. Right around the end of their set, the KISS technicians took the stage. Dressed as Courtny Cox, they played one of her tunes while Skid Row sat back and enjoyed the show. Then on the last song, "Youth Gone Wild", the roadies proceded taking apart the drummers drum kit. By the end of the song he was left with nothing but a bass drum, snare, and high hat. The band was having a great time.

Then KISS took the stage. It was a great performance. At the end of the concert, right before the band performs "Rock and Roll All Night", the band starts fooling around, playing parts of,"Secret Agent Man","Wild Thing","James Bond Theme","She","Parasite", and several others. Paul kept looking in the camera saying "Help". Then the band plays "Rock and Roll all Night", and what really surprised me was at the end of the song Peter trashes his drum set. He is kicking symbols over, and throwing his toms out onto the stage. When he was finished there was hardly any of the drum kit left on his platform. The crowd went crazy. One of the best KISS shows I have ever seen!
