KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Mike Bower
The show was great!!! I saw them twice on each preceeding tour, but this is it for the farewell....If they are finished, so am I!!! They started the show with a superb rendition of DRC , followed by DUECE. I nearly climaxed. This was a show for the masses. During "Do you love me", the background screens were covered with old KISS shots from tours/times gone past. It was an emotional experience for the long-time fan. Ace had some problems. He could not get the guitar in the holster to fly during his solo. He was also a little late returning to the stage on occasion, which prompted my friend to think he was drunk! I explained that ACE was ACE, and that his acting a little off meant nothing. ( Ace being my favorite member) He can do more asleep than any of today's "guitarists" To put an end to this, it was a very good show. I can think of no better way to go out than this. Like Paul said at the end," Don't forget us people, Because we'll never forget you!" I believe KISS truly wanted to do this one for us. I salute them.
