KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Joe
I saw the show in Columbia two nights before but this night would be different as I will be taking my family(wife, daughter 12, son 5) to see them as well. My wife has seen them several times before but this will be the first for my kids. We are also taking two other Kiss fans who have never seen them at all!

The show was just as good as it was two nights ago, maybee better since I missed Ted Nuget. I didn't really want my kids to hear his rants. The only difference is that they used more pyro than they did two nights ago. Probally due to the size differnce in the arenas. Charlotte is bigger than the one in Columbia but like Columbia it looked like a sellout.

This show was very bittersweet as it will probally be the last time I see Kiss live.

My main enjoyment tonight was seeing how much my kids enjoyed the show. My daughter being the prime age for Backstreet Boys, Brittney Spears, etc. It was amazing to see her reaction to the show. She has learned to like Kiss over the years but as we all know, seeing them live is a different experience! She told me herself that the concert was awesome! I even heard her playing on of my Kiss cd's in her room the day after the concert! My 5 year old really enjoyed Gene. Before the evening was done he was sticking his tounge out and mimicking the demon himself.

As for the other two people we took. They didn't even have to say anything the simle on their faces after the show said it all. As I'm sure for many other people, it was a night we will never forget!

Thank you Kiss!!!!!
