KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Tom Miller
Well i would like to tell you about the show what little i seen of it! my friend had got tickets and was going to meet me and my wife at the palace. well we get there and i start calling him on his cell phone no answear. we go get in line to get in the palace. we can hear skid row playing, no problem pleanty of time for ted and kiss.

my friend is not here yet. i get a call on my cell and guess what?

he and the other guys have rolled thier truck down the middle of I-75. so we go to pick him up. just as ted was coming out on stage. my wife has never seen ted play before. me i seen him at jackson mich during his frist hunters bash (good show and day he needs to do another one).

so we get to the crash site and as sure as ace is a space man ther in the middle of I-75 is his truck. well we wait for the cops to finsh up the report the tow truck driver tells me move your ranger up a little. i do that then we are in the truck ready to go see whats left of the ted show when out of nowhere a car hits another car and sends him nascar style into, yea you guessed it my ranger now we have to wait for the cops to do that report and calm me down from beating the piss out of the guy who has just killed the day. we head back to the palace ready to rock with kiss.

we get in and find our seats main floor center at the platform that paul comes out to. they come out and just rock detroit rock city it so loud that it feels like old kiss you can feel gene poundind your chest in peter beating your head in paul singing right next to you ace falling all over the place. well an hour into the show my wife gets sick and has to get some fresh air as we go up the stairs she is falling all over the place. she has never looked this sick b-4 so we decided to head home. i can tell you this it was a good show what i saw of it.

And i would do it all over again, but this time i would take the time off work to get my own tickets.

it has been rumored that they are coming back to detroit one last time. probably before opening day of deer season so ted can be home and ready to hunt. i sure hope hey do i would love to see the whole show this time. if you have not gone yet or got your tickets yet get out there and get them and go see them if for nothing else go see them for a kiss fan who wishes he could of seen the whole deal. to gene, paul, peter and ace thank you for all the years of great music and shows, you all 4 will be missed alot. and if you do come back to detroit look for me i'll be the loudest guy out in the crowd. god bless and keep the rock, rolling.
