KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: R.B.
Well first of all kiss drew about 10,000 fans to the fargodome, and two nights later the Dixie Chicks drew over 20,000. Thats right!! the Dixie Chicks! So that tells you what part of the country we live in. KISS was the best I have seen them (about 9 in all) not 1 mistake the whole night that I could tell. The coolest thing I noticed was there was no soundboard in the center of the fargodome. No sound man as far as I could see, They could of had somebody with a headset on giving tips to whoever was running the soundboard, somewhere in the dome. That made for good floor seating all over the place. of course nobody sat down much anyway. They sounded awesome, Paul nailed everything, Peter was hitting the skins harder than expected. I will miss them alot!! Two years ago Kiss played the Fargodome during the flood, they had fargoflood kiss T-shirts made just for this one stop, Kiss gave all the money from the T-shirt sales to flood relief victoms of fargo, and ad joining town of Grandforks N.D,who got hit worse from the flood than fargo. The night of the show, if you showed them your Grandforks drivers licence you got in free, yes free. That shows how much Kiss cares!!! Would the Dixie chicks do that? Well goodby Erl to the Chicks, and Farewell to the best live show in the world!
