KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Aaron Burdette
Show #9 for me, and it was the best so far. I was third in line to get tickets and was totally bummed with what I got. 34th row wasnt going to be good enough so I bought 2 tickets in the 4th from a ticket agent for 250 each... ouch. Once we got to the show and found our seats we were in shock. The rows arched and with seats 1 and 2 meant that we were able to stand up and touch the stage. Skid row came out and was awesome. Rachel Bolan kicked butt and we got to shake his hand and he handed us some guitar picks...cool. At the end of the set they all came to the edge of the stage I got the drummers attention and recieved a destroyed drum stick for my efforts.. The other went flying to the 20th row or so.. SKID ROW ROCKED. Ted came out and did nothing less than kick ass. I was a little put off with his political attitude. If you wanna be political, BE THE PRESIDENT. If you wanna be a rock and roller then give the crowd what they want, a kick ass rock and roll show. Take out the political bull and thats what ted did. Got a guitar pic from his bassist too.

KISS CAME OUT AND PERFORMED FLAWLESSLY....... The wind was to much for the flames in heavens of fire but it still rocked. In god of thunder gene was simply standing to far back and was swinging on his way up tho the platform. He caught himself and the show went on. We asked for guitar picks from gene paul and ace. Gene and paul both got down on one knee and let us grab them off there guitars. COOL!!! Ace gladly threw a pick down to me. Ive always wanted to get a piece of the guitar that paul throws into the crowd. I didnt get it this time either. Bummer.. Everything about the show was great. Pauls vocals were top notch. My last kiss show will be in Las Vegas, where im sure KISS will kick my ass for the 10th time
