KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Spencer Dolloff
Kiss put on a capstone sell-out performance last night at VanAndel arena. In my mind, it was a perfect conclusion to a great career. As someone who literally grew up with Kiss, I can't imagine any band ever equaling them.

anyway, the set list was the standard one that they've been doing. Personally, i enjoyed all the "Alive" era songs they did: Duece, 100,00 years, Black diamond, etc.

The show started very strong, waned just a bit in the middle, then roared back for the final quarter. They really seemed to be having fun. Peter seemed especially sharper than on previous tours. I sat next to two kids, about 13 or 14, that never had seen Kiss before. It was a lot of fun to see their faces when the curtain went up. Put this show down as another top-notch, professional, awesome performance by a band that will never see it's equal.
