KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Scott
Once again the boys are back. I've seen 5 shows and this by far was the best. Lets start with Skid Row. I thought their sound was kind of fuzzy, but everyone seemed to enjoy it.

Uncle Ted (as he put it) seemed right at home. He was a little over the top with some of his antics, but you can't deny his popularity. The guys sitting in front of me drinking beer even cheered when Ted was announcing he was clean and sober. Go figure.

Now on to the main event. KISS never sounded better. Although Ace at times looked confused and Peter seemed tired at the beginning. Paul was exceptional on Love Gun. His energy level was high throughout the show. Gene reminded me of a king looking over his subjects. Excellent renditions of I Love It Loud and God Of Thunder. The confetti was so thick duing Rock and Roll All Nite, you could hardly see the band.As my 15 year old son (at his first show) said.It was awesome.

To bad this is the farewell? tour. This was a night I will never forget.
