KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Eric Norman
This had to be the most amazing show ever. It was great from beginning to end. I know alot of people have been knocking Skid Row, but I thought they did very good, It took a few minutes to get the sound right, but when they did it rocked. Ted Nugent didnt have the greatest sound in the world, but hey, it was Ted. People can say what they want about his point of view, but he speaks the truth, and I agree with everything he says. But KISS was the reason I was there, and only one word describes it: AWESOME!!! For sure the greatest performance by the boys ever. It was very loud, which was missing from the reunion tour. Every song was nailed perfectly, but Ace did screw up a little on Heavens on Fire, but it was all rock'n'roll. The funniest thing was at the start of God of Thunder, when they started playing, Ace wasnt on the stage. Just before Gene started singing, Ace finally ran up beside of Paul. I had very good seats, about 30 feet away from the platform on Genes side, and I really enjoyed seeing them play around with the crowd. I really hope someone managed to get a video camera in and get the whole show on tape. I have the reunion show I saw on tape, and this one is a must have. One more thing, the most special part of it all was sharing the experience with my brother and sister. Its something I will never forget. My email address is norman213@webtv.net. Please feel free to write so I can here from KISS fans from all over the US. Thanks to KISS for giving me 27 years worth of good times that I will enjoy for the rest of my life. Good luck to all of you and I will never forget you!
