KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Al Cipolla
A Class Act from KISS. The best of the 12 concerts I have seen. As for pure emotion, it ranks with the first time I saw them in March,1975, before they took the world by storm.

No review here, I wasn't looking for mistakes, just soaking up the scene and watching my kids and friends experience this for the first time. The Greensboro crowd was great. All were cheering and singing along. Though they did not get into the chants I had tried to start.

Skid row was unconcerning, just wasting time for the big show. Ted Nugent warmed the audience up in crazed fashion. I can think of no one better to be a warm up band for KISS.

I have been a fan of KISS for 26+ years since I was looking for a Kinks album and saw their first three album. Who were these strangers all painted up. I bought the first and was hooked by the pure raw sound. To this day the first three albums, plus Lick It Up, Revenge, and to some degree Psycho Circus are my favorites.

This is a must show to attend, don't miss a show of a lifetime. Thanks KISS for all the years, you made part of what I am today. There will be no band like you ever. Just the tribute bands I will catch at the club scene.

KISS Rocks Forever!!
