KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Mark Butler
I have been up front at several KISS concerts in the past, but now I can say that I have accomplished a wish I have had for several years now...to have my wife who is not a big KISS fan experience all the fire-breathing, blood-spitting, tongue- wagging, explosions and confetti that a KISS show provides up close and in-person(6th row).

In addition to what has already been posted for the Little Rock concert, I would like to add that I thought Skid Row sounded fine.

Ted Nugent, poor guy, also sounded great but he should take his political grandstanding and shove it up his ass! It's sad to see such a talented veteran musician spew so much hate. But that's Ted I guess. (is that what made him so famous...his bitching?)

KISS ROCKED!! They all were having a great time on stage. Paul and Ace especially. Paul did have to threaten to kick somebody's ass in the first few rows that was shining a laser in his face. Something to the effect of "most of you people here tonight are awesome people, but their's always got to be somebody with one of those laser guns whose Mom doesn't know they brought it to the show. Well if you shine that thing at me again I'm going to personally come down there and kick your ass!" Funniest thing Paul said all night was that when they were planning the tour, people asked them if they were going to hit just the larger cities this time around and he told them they can't pass up a city with "Rock" in its name. Kind of reminds me of something Spinal Tap might say.

I'm just glad my wish came true and that my wife now knows first hand that KISS ROCKS and that she will never ever see again a concert as exciting, as firey, as bloody or as fun as the show she saw last night.
