KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Scott Yorston
I've been waiting to see them for the last 4 years since I last saw them in Melbourne for the Reunion Tour. All I can say is that this was the BEST concert I have ever seen and am ever likely to see.

The concert was a lot better than in 97, all band members were in fantastic form especially Eric. I was luckily enough to see Eric on his ESP tour a couple of years back and was impressed then but last night he was just brilliant. I know that their has been a lot said and written about Peter's departure and how it was bad for Kiss, well I'm sorry folks but whether you like it or not Eric is a much better drummer than Peter and it showed last night. Don't get me wrong, I love Peter as much as anyone but you just have to grin and bear it.

For people who haven't seen them yet on this tour, be prepared for the best concert that you'll ever see. It's pure Kiss spectacle from start to finish. Every song they played sounded great and Gene, Paul, Ace and Eric did themselves and the whole Rock n Roll fraternity proud. Music isn't going to be the same without them.

To Gene, Paul, Ace, Peter, Eric S, Eric C, Vinnie, Mark and Bruce I would like to thank you for not only changing the face of music but for making Millions of people happy. You will never be forgotten regardless of what the media says.

Thanking you, Scott Yorston - Melbourne, Australia.
