KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Robert Lancup
The show was great, I mean, you read it before, but it was really something. Just a couple of things I would like to add: Peter was really good, better than the previous tours (he actually looked younger this time: tighter, and more alert on the fills); Ace was ok on the singing and moving around, but, I know it's sad, a little lazy on the guitar neck (and I try here to stay nice, I mean, I suspect something maybe serious, this is not normal, after all what he has to play is not that difficult...); the '80's songs sounded great (how strange to see Peter and Ace playing songs like Lick It Up!); Gene and Paul were great (lots and lots of talking from Paul - almost between each songs! And the guy speaks good french by the way...); and very, very very interesting intro to Black Diamond from Paul, where he first started playing the first couple of verses of I still Love You totally alone on the stage - another great moment of Kisstory! Merci again guys! Too sad this! is the end. Or maybe...
