KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Liz Lara
Hello again KISS fans. I wrote about the Irvine show earlier and the Devore show was just as awesome and amazing as Irvine's. This time, my view was from the lawn but that wasn't a "bad" thing since the lawn was filled with the KISS Army.

I missed Skid Row as my friend and I drank beers in the parking lot. Another cool part about going to concerts, especially KISS concerts, is the crowd. You see all types of people, young and old, a lot of kids with KISS make-up on with their parents. Friends rockin out to the tunes of KISS. Is there a better atmosphere? I will miss this....

A lot of people were partying and the reason was the same- this may be the last time we will see our favorite band perform. I, on the other hand, refuse to believe it. I went to KISS shows back-to-back this weekend and I don't feel like I have seen them for the last time. I think they'll be back and play L.A. one last time (note- they haven't played Los Angeles since their Reunion Tour in '96). Knowing KISS as well as I do, I'm thinking they're going to have their final, FINAL shows at their favorite cities like L.A., NY, and/or Detroit. They have to! I'm counting on it. I still need to say my good-bye's. I need to say thank you for all the awesome shows and rock n roll music they created. I need to thank Paul Stanley for being my rock god and always looking HOTTER THAN HELL. I need to thank Gene for being so damn cool and showing every one what a tongue can do. I need to thank Peter and Ace for putting their differences aside and re-joining the band. THANK YOU KISS. Thank you for all the years of ROCK. I LOVE YOU!

I need to say all that one more time....
