KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Mark Daire
Lets just say for openers, I got lucky. I was offered to do security for KISS. How cool is that. Yea, there were some bad apples in the crowd, fans not wanting to find THEIR location and sit in someone elses seat. People throwing up on eachother. People making-out, okay that was cool. But, to see KISS (for free) and to say that I was security, well this just made my millinium. As for the show, after frisk searching about 8,000 people, steralizing my hands, I got to go into the corridors and watch KISS close-up. The show was OUTSTANDING. Not as good as the Halloween concert at Dodger Stadium. KISS is definatley an outdoors type band. It sure seemed to me that Ace as well as Peter enjoyed doing the songs they originally didn't help produce. I don't think I saw Peter not smiling. At the end, when the fab four came and took their bows, they got into a circle, I could here Gene say: "Hey Ace, come over here!!!!!!" They huddled there for a minute "grab assing"! and enjoying the environment. I couldn't help ut wonder that if this is the last time the world will enjoy the face painting, hard rock, hard working individuals we know as KISS. I hope that the crew of kiss and the members have a successful tour. Thanks for all the great work.
