KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Rich
This is my fourth time seeing KISS on their Farewell Tour 24th time in concert and no one puts on a better show. Other Farewell Shows were Greensboro, NC Jones Beach , and Saratoga, NY . This is by far the smallest venue I've seen KISS play in a long time and it wasn't even close to being sold out. Also this is the first show I've seen since 1992 where there was general admission on the show floor. Ahhhh the good ole days where you were fighting to stand up...LOL.

Well I can't say enuff good things about their performance but I will point out that ACE really made a huge blunder on RRAN and it sounded terrible for a bit but he was able to pull it together and finish the song. Peter seems like he's enjoying the tour more than Gene, Paul, & Ace it's good to see the boys going out in style. The setlist remained the same unfortunatley with one exception...before RRAN Paul asked the crowd we wanna play one more but what should we play....hmmmm. Well they did a little medley of about 8 different KISS songs that they have not played on this tour. As they played bits from songs like I was Made for Lovin You, Parasite, Hotter Than Hell, Watchin You, Nothing to Lose, I Want You, Cmon and Love Me and She they seemed to be watching the crowd for their reaction as they started to play each song...the crowd went crazy as they began to play Parasite and I was Made for Lovin You...hopefully they are doing this to see what songs the fans want for their s! econd leg of the Farewell Tour after they return from overseas...I'd love to see them bring back tunes like I Stole Yer Love, Crazy Nights, Tear are Fallin, I Want You and where the heck is Strutter? That song should without a doubt be on their Farewell Tour setlist...

OH Well we as fans can only hope but I think they are testing songs during a medley to see which ones KISS fans would like to see more of...maybe KISS ASYLUM could conduct a poll to see what fans want to hear.
