KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Jim
The show was every thing I Thought It would be and More. I've seen kiss Many times since first seeing them in 79 , and this one was right up there with the best. Ted was very on and electrified. The only thing was his personal views were not my cup of tea but he really rocks his ass off. Skid Row was ok nothing special though. The computer graphics on the screen and the flash back slides during "Do you love me" were real good and gave the show something different. Alot of the reviews I have read said Ace was the star of the show and they were not lying he really kicked ASS. Paul seemeed a little out of it Missing a chord or two and messing up on lyics on Firehouse but Gene covered up for him and i don't know if any buddy caught it. The Pully to carry Paul Didn't work again it was sort of shame. Peter had a solo but it was short but pete was having fun, smiling and letting everyone know that he was. The flames and all the extra stuff were really great the flames were really hot and assed to heavens on fire. The beginng to Black Diamond was I still llove you wehich was cool up till Paul started Rambling I not sure what had him off but it didn't effect his vocals though. He read from a piece of paper about Toledo and all the Shows, he should of had a teleaprompter or something because he was reading at fifth grade level and some of the people were laughing at him. But over all it was a Great Show and I glas this is my last Show and the memorys will always be better than reallity but I wouldn't have it ant other Way. Rock on Army.
