KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Jeff
I have seen KISS 6 times, including twice on the current tour. The best show ever was the reunion tour in Hampton, VA. However, I felt like the Va. Beach show was secodn best and much better than the Greensboro, NC concert. In Greensboro, the band made several mistakes and seemed to play slow. In Va. Beach, everyone was on, especially Ace Frehley. I especially enjoyed Black Dianomd, Let me Go Rock n Roll, Firehouse, and Shout It Out Loud. There has been criticism about Peter Criss not playing hard enough or loud enough, but at both reunion shows I have seen, he played strong in the places he needed to (Detroit Rock City, Heaven's on Fire, I Love It Loud).

I can't believe this is the last time I will see them. I am looking forward to solo albums by Frehley and Stanley.

From a true KISS fan who has followed you from thick and thin, make up and non-make up, through every lineup change and album, thanks for the memories.
