KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Daniel Siegrist
KISS was the only group I ever listened to growing up in Long Beach, CA. Unfortunatly, I only seen them in concert one time, The last tour that feartured all originals, Dynasty Tour.

Well Too compare the two shows, Paul does not do his rolls and flips any more but besides that you could not tell these guys were in thier 50s!! My wife and I arrived just in time to catch KISS. Believe it or not she really thought KISS was in with the devil!! The curtian came down and my $90.00 seat turned into a $90.00 spot because everybody was on thier feet for the over 2 hours of not stop rock and roll classic tunes. Same kick ass show that has been written about except one thing should be noted:

My wife is only 5'2 (5'7 with heels) so she could only see the over head screen!! I am 6'4 and had no prob seeing everything. So, I guess be aware that short is not good in amp theater KISS shows. Even then she had to admit KISS is not from the devil (I am still working on convincing her the GOD of THUNDER was only written by Paul to give Gene's personna an avenue to flow...) and KISS puts on the greatest show in the world!!!!

I wanted to get a couple of shirts and a program but was unable to because of what seemed to be a no moving line. The concert hands need to get some sort of order and put up ropes so the people can make real lines instead of cutting and not knowing when or if they will take one step forward!!!

Next, I am heading to Orlando's show with my two sons! I will get there early and see the whole show. I hope to get the shirts and program there and it will be interesting to see how an arena show differs from an outdoor amp theater bash.

So at least I will see three shows before I die!! So I can die a happy man...
