KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Colin Swanston
Well people, I saw KISS for the 4th time on this tour (New Year's Eve, Miineapolis in May, Toronto in June) and can honestly say they are getting BETTER with each show. I thought they were aewsome in Toronto and was alittle worried that they had peaked. NO WAY. Sunday's show at the Winnipeg Arena was tight energetic and all 4 guys were into it and havin fun! Set list was standard although they broke into a cool jam during Let Me Go Rock n Roll. Peter did not do his solo tonite but was still great. The crowd was VERY active for a Winnipeg show but everyone stood and screamed for the whole show. Paul mentioned how he spent some time travelling across Canada last year after he finished phantom and spent a week in the 'peg. Nice touch.

the band reminds me of a great sports team gearing up for the championship run, peaking as the playoffs near. Do yourself a favor, see this show, you will kick yourself if you don't. I hope to see them once more before it's over. Thanks to KISS for great fun , memories and motivation since I first heard KISS Alive as a 10 year old in 1975!
