KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Alain Bellicha
ALL RIGHT YOKOHAMA !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just the facts now, the literature later :

There is an extra detachable page in the tour book program, featuring Eric SInger in the catman make-up. His message reads: IT's AN HONOR TO BE BACK FOR THE FINAL FAREWELL. I DEDICATE THESE SHOWS TO ALL OF YOU AND THE CATMAN. Peace ERIC SINGER.

The arena was NOT sold out at all, unfortunately.

The crowd cheered Eric singer in the drum fill before Detroit Rock city guitar solo

4th song was: TALK TO ME !!! That was sooo cool, people ! Ace said "Ok, it's the first time".

During GOD OF THUNDER, Eric couldn't get his eyes off Gene above the lighting ring. It was cute... Gene forgot to come back to sing the end of the song. Eric's drum solo was GRRREAT, and I know what I'm talking about. It had Peter's vibe, but played with Eric's technique.

The crowd roared during Ace's solo, LET ME GO, COLD GIN, FIRHOUSE.

Before the usual intro of Black Diamond, Paul sang alone "I STILL LOVE YOU". Was it personal? Dedicated to his future ex-wife? I don't know if he sang that one on the US leg of the tour. But that was very emotional and moving.

They played I WAS MADE, as an encore. Eric sang BLACK DIAMOND

IT WAS A FU**ING GREAT KISS SHOW, THOSE WHO MISSED IT CAN BE VERY SORRY! THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL! KISS FOREVER.
