Brother Dave offers late-nite perspective and observations on KISS live in Amityville in ’73, catching the band at their ever-evolving inception, a case study if ever on KISStory. Bits include thoughts on abandoned tunes “Acrobat”, “Life In The Woods” and “Simple Type”. What is gleamed is a decided mix of southern rock, Brit power-pop and vestiges of the late-60’s power-trio / hippie-jam rock soul apparently coursing through the young veins of then 22-year-old lead guitarist Ace Frehley.
